Today the Lord led me to read Psalm 68, He gave me several different things to talk about in the Psalm, but today He desired for me to focus on the following scripture…
“He that is our God is the God of salvation; and unto GOD the Lord belong the issues from death.”~Psalm 68:20
The Lord had me break this verse down. I looked up the definitions in the Strong’s concordance and this is how it reads, in the parenthesis are the definitions added in by me according to Strong’s…
He that is our God (the Mighty One, He who is Strength, He who is Power) is the God (the Mighty One, is the Strength, is the Power) of salvation (deliverance); and unto GOD (the Self-Existent, Eternal, Supreme One) the Lord (Master) belongs the issues (exit, escape, departure, to come out of, deliverance) from death (death- natural or violent, dying).
Glory be to God! I don’t know who out there is dealing with an evil report from the doctor, or the evil report that was given to a friend, family member, co-worker, spouse, etc. But God really wants me to encourage you that He is the one who delivers from death! He will provide an exit, a escape, a departure, He will bring you out of death, He will deliver you from dying! We and those we know do not have to leave this earth before our time. God is a God of His Word, He is the Word, He can not lie, and He can not fail, all we have to do is sow seed (which is the Word of God), and start watering it with our faith, which is the substance of things hoped for the evidence of things not seen (with our natural eyes) -Hebrews 11:1, so that it can grow up, and that death will have to flee! Death will be uprooted and be pulled out! Death will have exit! Know that you shall live and not die! You have the victory over death through the Father! All you need is the Word, and faith, and perseverance. Start sowing the Word whether it be for you or someone else, and don’t stop until you see manifestation! I don’t care if it looks worse in the natural remember the enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), not only you but your faith. Do not let him win! Sow, Sow, Sow, Sow, Sow, and don’t stop!! One last thing if there is anything that has put a wedge between you and God, if there is sin running around in your life.
